Scope Of Work

• Manage and operate the Water Treatment Plant, pipelines, pump houses, Sumps, RCC ESR, H.G.L.R, sluice valves, flow meters, non-return valves, pumps, motors, capacitors, L.T. panels, cables, and transformers installed at Headwork and Sub-headwork.

• Replace spares for all electro-mechanical equipment and perform civil and electrical maintenance.

• Maintain residual chlorine, bleaching powder, PAC, and all other consumables to ensure water quality.

• Conduct all preventive, overhauling, repair, and breakdown maintenance activities for civil, mechanical, and electrical works.

• Supply qualified and experienced staff for overall management of operations and maintenance for a period of 3 months.

• Submit periodic MIS reports using specified software.

• Exclude electric power, raw water procurement, and chlorine supply costs.
