The bidder shall provide necessary evidences in support of meeting above qualifying requirements like copies of purchase order, relevant certificates, balance sheets, annual turnover of last 3 years duly certified by Chartered Accountant, PF numbers, manpower details etc. These documents are to be submitted with the Bid.
