The contractor must ensure all manpower is adequately trained and equipped, and adhere strictly to environmental and safety regulations throughout the project duration.

The contractor must supply manpower compliant with the following technical parameters:

3. Mobilize manpower upon contract award.
4. Maintain quality and safety standards throughout the project.

The total estimated cost for the project is INR 11,30,607. Bidders must submit a detailed financial proposal including labor wages, transportation, safety gear, and miscellaneous expenses. The tender fee is INR 900, payable via demand draft or online payment. The bid submission should include a breakdown of costs, with payment terms structured as follows:

• 20% advance upon contract signing.
• 50% midway through project completion.
• Remaining 30% after final acceptance.
  All payments are subject to verification and approval by the project authority. The bid validity period is 120 days from the submission deadline, ensuring price stability during evaluation.
