Gujarat ABP Implementation Tender: Project Agency Selection for BharatNet Program

The selected Project Implementing Agency will be responsible for the comprehensive execution of the BharatNet Phase-III project in Gujarat, including:

• Laying of Optical Fiber Cables (OFC) across designated Gram Panchayats, Revenue Villages, and Sub-block locations.
• Upgrading existing infrastructure based on detailed BOQ documents.
• Installation of network shelters and related telecom equipment at specified sites.
• Ensuring quality standards and compliance with technical specifications.
• Coordination with government authorities for timely project completion.

The process involves:

1. Reviewing detailed project documents and BOQ files.
2. Submitting technical and financial bids via the online portal.
3. Participating in bid opening and evaluation.
4. Executing the project as per approved timelines and specifications.

Key deliverables include:

• Complete OFC deployment in specified regions.
• Infrastructure upgrades as per the list of Gram Panchayats.
• Documentation of all work for audit and compliance.

The agency must adhere to the project timelines and quality benchmarks outlined in the tender documents.

The technical specifications include deployment of OFC cables with a minimum bandwidth capacity of 10 Gbps, installation of telecom shelters with environmental protection standards, and compliance with ITU and IEC standards for telecom infrastructure. The project requires:

• Use of fiber cables with minimum core diameter of 12 fibers.
• Shelters with ventilation, power backup, and security features.
• Network equipment compatible with existing systems.

Sequential steps:

1. Site survey and planning.
