Service Provider must be registered in India under concerned/Governing Act/Law to operate in India (Copy of Company Registration certificate to be submitted).
RequiredService Provider must be holding a valid Non-Scheduled Operator Permit (NSOP) issued by DGCA with the helicopter endorsed on their NSOP (Copy of NSOP certificate to be submitted).
RequiredThe company should not be blacklisted in any way by the DGCA, the government, or a public sector undertaking company. (Letter of Undertaking to be submitted on company letterhead).
RequiredService Providers should have Pilots having an accident-free record of Pilots proposed during this tender in preceding last 5 years also, Service Provider shall disclose the accident history of proposed pilot in past years earlier with NOC from DGCA or other concerned authority. (Undertaking for the same from the Accountable Manager of the Company with NOC). Accident history will be counted as per DGCA definition.

RequiredNOTE 1: Based on the technical criteria listed above in para 8.1 of tender document, the committee will shortlist the qualified Service Providers. Further consideration is to be given to only technically qualified Service Providers.
NOTE 2: The specifications mentioned above are the minimum requirements of the helicopter. In case, the helicopter has specifications and amenities over and above the desired specification, the same may be furnished.
