In case of remaining empanelment period of less than 6 months from date of bid publishing, evidence of application/ acknowledgement from PNGRB for renewal request of empanelment also to be submitted.
RequiredAll Bidders (GGL associated as well as non-associated) shall submit self-declaration on letter head for ensuring initiation of renewal of empanelment with PNGRB & submission of evidence of such application/acknowledgement from PNGRB, at least 6 months before end of empanelment period, or as per maximum time period of renewal application permitted by the concerned authority from time to time, if so required during the contract period.
RequiredAll Bidders (GGL associated as well as non-associated) shall submit Copy of Accreditation Certificate issued by NABCB, valid as on date of bid publishing. In case of remaining accreditation period of less than 6 months from date of bid publishing, evidence of application/ acknowledgement from NABCB for renewal request of accreditation also to be submitted.
RequiredAll Bidders (GGL associated as well as non-associated) shall submit Self-declaration on Letter Head for ensuring timely renewal of accreditation by NABCB without any discontinuity during the entire contract period, in case so required.
RequiredAll Bidders (GGL associated as well as non-associated) shall submit Self-declaration on letter head confirming coverage of all required scope sector codes for accreditation by NABCB, as specified in Scope of Work OR Self-declaration on letter head confirming submission of proof of application for accreditation to NABCB for required scope sector codes (as per Scope of Work) within 1 week of intimation from GGL regarding intent to award contract to successful bidder.
RequiredBidders associated with GGL shall submit copy of Work Order/ Purchase Order/ Contract / Work Completion Certification / Details of Contract issued by GGL for fulfilment of the criteria specified herein.
RequiredBidders non-associated with GGL shall submit Purchase Order/ Work Order/ Contract AND corresponding satisfactory work completion certificate issued by Oil &/or Gas company or City Gas Distribution Company as per the criteria. RA Bills / Invoices will not be considered.
RequiredAll Bidders (GGL associated as well as non-associated) shall submit CA certificate with UDIN number confirming Annual Turnover for all preceding FY, Working capital for last audited FY and Net worth for last audited FY from Audited Balance Sheets.
