The selected contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Conduct bi-annual cleaning and upkeep of the CR building, switchyard, office, and colony areas at Morbi Substation.
• Ensure safety standards are maintained during cleaning activities.

• Regular inspection and reporting on the condition of the facilities.

• Execution of cleaning as per schedule.

Payment terms are as follows:

• 30% advance upon contract signing.

• 30% upon final acceptance.
