The bidder shall be strictly a GETCO registered contractor of any class

For raising/Shifting of existing transmission line under ND or as a deposit work, the bidder should have executed minimum 5 nos of similar work during 3 financial years for 66KV voltage class and above or The bidder should have erected transmission lines including stringing of conductor and earthwire of minimum length 5 RKM of 66KV and above voltage class in last 3 financial years.

Valid Electrical Contractor Licenses

Bidder’s Minimum Average Annual Turnover certificate (MAAT) for the beast of three years out of last five financial years as annualized shall not be less than the estimated amount of this tender

Last Quarter’s Liquid Assests should not be less than 20 Percentage of the estimated amount as on date of invitation of tender. – For the purpose of arriving at LA current assests less inventories shall be considered

Bidder Net worth for last 3 financial years should be Positive

Payment of Tender fee and EMD

Copy of GST Registration. GST No. must be online active

Copy of PAN Card

Details of partners/ Directors of the Firm/Company. Partnership Deed if applicable

Copy of Notarized Power of Attorney as the case may be

Duly attested copy of MSME registration ( If applicable)

Duly attested Copy of last three years ITR

Duly attested Copy of balance sheet and profit loss statement of last three years

Latest Bank Solvency Certificate of any Scheduled Bank of a sum of minimum 20 Percentage of Bid Value

Undertaking of in respect of reference to NCLT under Insolvency & Bankruptcy code. The Under taking is to be furnished along with technical bid as per the attached Format

Undertaking of relationship with employee
