Gujarat Power Sector Tender for Maintenance of Air Conditioning Systems at Sikka TPS

The selected contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Conducting routine, preventive, and breakdown maintenance of the entire air conditioning system under TMD at Units 3 and 4.
• Ensuring all work complies with safety standards and technical specifications provided by Gujarat State Electricity Corporation Ltd.
• Performing system inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and replacements as necessary.
• Maintaining detailed records of maintenance activities and reporting to the designated authority.

Key deliverables include:

• Regular maintenance schedules
• Fault diagnosis reports
• Repair and replacement logs
• Final system performance report

The process involves:

1. Initial site inspection and assessment.
2. Preparation of maintenance plan.
3. Execution of scheduled maintenance activities.
4. Immediate response to breakdowns.
5. Final inspection and handover.

The contractor must ensure availability of skilled technicians, proper tools, and safety equipment to execute the work efficiently.

The contractor must ensure the HVAC systems meet the following technical parameters:

Procedures include:

• Conducting initial assessment
• Preparing detailed maintenance schedules
• Performing scheduled and emergency repairs
• Testing system performance post-maintenance
• Documenting all activities in prescribed formats

The estimated project budget ranges from INR 10,00,000 to INR 15,00,000, inclusive of all taxes and charges. The payment terms are as follows:

• 30% advance upon contract signing
• 40% after completion of 50% of scheduled work
• 30% upon final acceptance and handover

The bidder must submit a detailed financial proposal with break-up of costs including manpower, materials, and overheads. All payments will be made through electronic transfer after verification of work completion and approval by the project engineer.
