Eligible bidders include urban planning consultancy firms, infrastructure development agencies, environmental specialists, and related professionals with proven experience in urban development projects. Bidders must meet the specified eligibility criteria, including experience, financial stability, and valid digital certificates for electronic bidding. The bid start date is 8th April 2025, with the bid submission deadline on 23rd May 2025 at 3:00 PM. The tender evaluation is scheduled for 28th May 2025, and the project award will be finalized by 30th June 2025.
