Gujarat Water Supply Tender for Hand Pump Repair & Maintenance in Rajkot

The selected contractor will be responsible for:

• Repairing India Mark-II Hand Pumps installed at various villages as specified.
• Providing skilled manpower for routine maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Supplying all necessary hand pump spares conforming to IS 15500 standards, including latest amendments.
• Supplying 32 mm NB ISI marked medium duty GI pipes as required.
• Providing light/medium Four-wheeler commercial vehicles with drivers, including all associated costs such as POL, insurance, fitness certificates, and PUC.
• Ensuring timely completion of repair and maintenance work within the contract period.

Key deliverables include:

1. Regular inspection and prompt repair of hand pumps.
2. Supply of quality spares and GI pipes.
3. Deployment of vehicles and manpower as per schedule.
4. Maintaining documentation and logs of repairs and supplies.

The process involves:

1. Submission of technical and financial bids via the online portal.
2. Evaluation of bids based on criteria including experience, technical capability, and price.
3. Awarding the contract to the most suitable bidder.
4. Commencement of work post-contract signing and adherence to project timelines.
