Labour Licence and ESIC Registration Certificates.

Partnership Deed, Power of Attorney, or Authority Letter signed for the authorized signatory (if applicable).

Joint Venture (JV) stake certificate showing percentage stake/work amount issued by the client (if applicable).

Chartered Accountant (CA) Certificate for Average Annual Turnover for FY 2023–24, 2024–25, and 2025–26 (provisional for 2025–26).

Bank Solvency Certificate of at least Rs. 8.10 Crore from an approved bank (not older than 1 year).

CA-certified Net Worth Certificate proving positive net worth of at least Rs. 15.54 Crore as of 31/03/2025.

Income Tax assessment information (district circle, reference number, and assessment year).

Proof of 1 year continuous O&M experience within the last 7 years for EPC-based fresh MSW processing plant.

Completion/O&M experience certificates issued by Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) or Govt. organizations signed by an officer

Co-processing certificates from consumers and ULBs proving responsible disposal of more than or equal to 44,700 MT of RDF to cement/WTE plants.

Work certificates from at least one client along with self-attested copies of corresponding Purchase Orders.

List of Municipal Corporations / ULBs / Institutions served in the preceding 3 years with complete addresses and telephone numbers.

List of comparable works executed along with value and completion timelines.

List of ongoing works in hand along with completion cost certificates.

List of machinery and equipment in possession to be deployed for the project.

Full tender document (Technical Bid) with company stamp and signature on every page.

Signed and stamped copies of any Addenda / Corrigenda if issued.

Stamp Paper Undertakings & Declarations (on Rs. 300/- Non-Judicial Stamp Paper):Site Visit Certificate (acquired prior to bid submission). General Undertaking. Affidavit. Undertaking on EMD Surrender.
