Load Testing & Certification of 75/15 MT & 40/10 MT EOT Cranes at Wanakbori TPS

The selected contractor shall be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive load testing of the 75/15 MT Elecon make EOT crane and 40/10 MT Anupam make EOT crane.
• Verifying crane operational safety and compliance with applicable standards.
• Providing detailed certification reports post-testing.
• Ensuring all testing procedures are documented and adhere to industry best practices.

The process involves:

1. Pre-test inspection and verification of crane condition.
2. Calibration of testing equipment.
3. Sequential load application up to rated capacity.
4. Monitoring and recording performance parameters.
5. Analyzing results and preparing certification documentation.

The contractor must ensure minimal operational disruption and adhere to safety protocols during testing.

• Sequential load application at 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% of rated load.
• Recording of performance parameters such as deflection, stability, and operational smoothness.

The contractor shall follow all safety guidelines and ensure zero operational downtime during testing.

The estimated project cost is INR 5,28,174, with an earnest money deposit (EMD) of INR 15,845. Payment terms are as follows:

Bidders must submit a detailed financial proposal aligned with the scope of work. All costs should be inclusive of taxes and applicable charges. The bid validity period is 180 days from the date of bid submission.
