Tender for Operation & Maintenance of ELV System at Dahegam Auditorium - Ahmedabad AUDA

The selected contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Operation and comprehensive maintenance of the ELV system including CCTV, Public Address, Fire Alarm, Access Control, and intercom systems.
• Routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure uninterrupted system performance.
• System upgrades and configuration adjustments as required to meet operational standards.
• Documentation and reporting of maintenance activities, system status, and incident logs.
• Compliance with safety standards and government regulations.

The process includes:

1. Initial site assessment and system audit.
2. Preparation of maintenance schedules and work plans.
3. Implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
4. Regular system testing and calibration.
5. Final reporting and handover upon contract completion.

The contractor must ensure all systems operate efficiently, with minimum downtime and maximum safety compliance.

The ELV systems should meet the following technical parameters:

Sequential procedures include:

• System inspection and calibration
• Firmware and software updates
• Functional testing of all components
• Integration testing with existing infrastructure

All systems must comply with BIS standards and local safety regulations.

The total estimated budget for the project is ₹20,43,180. The financial breakdown is as follows:

Payment terms include:

• 10% advance upon contract signing.
• 40% after completion of initial setup.
• 50% post successful system testing and acceptance.

Bidders must submit a detailed financial proposal along with bid documents, ensuring transparency and adherence to the budget limits.
