Overhauling & Servicing of 6.6 kV VCBs at Wanakbori TPS - Power Sector Tender

• Overhauling and servicing of 6.6 kV VCBs of various makes and ratings, including inspection, cleaning, and replacement of parts as needed.

• Servicing of VCs and 415 V ACBs, ensuring all electrical and mechanical components are functioning correctly.

• Cleaning and preventive maintenance of MCC (Motor Control Center) and PCC (Power Control Center) panels to ensure safety and operational efficiency.

• Testing and commissioning of all circuit breakers and panels post-maintenance.

• Documentation of all maintenance activities, including test reports and compliance certificates.

• Ensuring adherence to safety standards and environmental regulations during all activities.

• The work must be executed as per the specifications detailed in the tender document.

The estimated project cost ranges between ₹X lakh to ₹Y lakh, inclusive of all activities. The financial bid must be submitted as per the prescribed format, detailing costs for labor, materials, testing, and miscellaneous expenses. Payments will be made based on milestones achieved, with a final payment after successful completion and certification. The bid validity period is 180 days from the bid opening date. Bidders must submit a refundable EMD amount as specified in the tender document, along with the tender fee of ₹1770.00.
