Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years ie 2021 to 22 to 2025 to 26 satisfactorily completed at least one similar work of Value not less than 50 percent of amount put to tender as Prime Contractor and Work done Certificate issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.

Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years ie 2021 to 22 to 2025 to 26 achieved in at least two financial years a minimum annual financial turnover in all classes of civil engineering construction works only as per bid document

The tenderer should have executed in any year in last five years ie 2021 to 22 to 2025 to 26 the minimum 80percent of quantities as shown in the KW should be uploaded and Quantity Work done Certificate issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of not less than 30percent amount of tender Credit lines/ letter of credit/ Banker certificates from scheduled banks for meeting the fund requirement etc

The contractor should Inspect the Site Before Submitting Tender and relevant document of site inspection duly signed by the Junior Engineer of TMC Sankeshwar to be uploaded
