Bidder should be a manufacturer/authorized dealer/Supplier of OEM (SKF/Schaeffler(FAG)/ TIMKEN/NTN) with documentary proof.
If Bidder is authorized dealer, should furnish valid authorization letter/Certificate from OEM of the subject material.
If Bidder is supplier, should furnish authorization letter/Certificate from OEM, duly incorporating the tender notice details.
Copies of orders or satisfactory performance certificates executed for supply of bearings to power utilities/Govt. Organizations/ Public Sector under taking organizations/ reputed private organizations, clearly showing the name of the firm, PO date and description of the material etc.
The bidder shall enclose relevant technical literature, such as product specifications, catalogues, datasheets, or manufacturer documents pertaining to the offered material, duly indicating the make, model/type, and technical details of the bearings being offered.?
All relevant Bid Schedules, duly filled in, signed & stamped, along with supporting documentation.

Note:1)The bidder shall quote only for the following makes:SKF/Schaeffler(FAG)/TIMKEN/NTN otherwise the bid shall be rejected. 2)If any bidder fails to upload previous orders by oversight, the bid shall be considered as a special case if the bidder is a regular supplier to TGGENCO, subject to the satisfactory performance of executed POs and it shall be at the sole discretion of TGGENCO. (a) All relevant Bid Schedules, duly filled in, signed & stamped, along with supporting documentation. If schedules are not uploaded, it will be construed that the bidder complies fully with tender specification and accepted TGGENCO terms & conditions. (b) The company shall declare that it is not under blacklist by any Govt. Department/PSU due to any reason. Note: i) The relevant certificates of the offered materials shall be submitted. ii) TGGENCO reserves the right to accept or reject the offer of the bidder who quotes the payment terms other than TGGENCO's standard payment terms. iii) If any irregularities or lapses observed in previous tenders/supplies to TGGENCO or if the tenderer/bidder was blacklisted for any of the reason in TGGENCO/any other Govt. Organizations, TGGENCO will reject the tender of such tenderer at any stage and it solely depends on TGGENCO's discretion. iv) Conditional offers will not be accepted and liable for rejection. v) Prices shall be quoted taking into consideration of unloading of material at YTPS Site. vi) The genuineness of the authorization certificate and executed orders/performance certificates shall be verified directly from the concerned issuing authority/ offices, if needed. vii)If any bidder fails to upload previous orders by oversight, the bid shall be considered as a special case if the bidder is a regular supplier to TGGENCO, subject to the satisfactory performance of executed POs and it shall be at the sole discretion of TGGENCO.
