The Agency is solely responsible for the declaration of works on hand which are in any stage. If it comes to the notice of the Tender calling authority that the declaration submitted by the agency is wrong, the tender/allotted work will be Rejected to the agency in stage of the work. The Tender calling authority has the right to cancel the work in any stage of the work.

Attach certificates issued by the Executive Engineer(s) concerned and countersigned by Superintending Engineer (s) or Equivalent Rank officer (s) indicating the balance work to be done, and likely period of completion or RA bills signed by EE's / payment made by PAO?s / Presented to PAO?s (or) The total value will be considered as on hand work.

Income Tax Returns Certificate for the assessment year 2025-26/ITFY2024-25.must be enclosed.

Civil Contractors / Firms having registration in eligible class as Civil Contractor are only eligible for participating in tenders a) Eligible class of contractor as per G.O. Ms. No. 94 I&CAD (PW.COD) Department, Dt.01-07-2003. b) Eligible class of contractor as per G.O.Ms.No.14, I&CAD (Reforms) Dept., Dt.31-01-2015. c) G.O.Ms.No.66, I&CAD (Reforms) Dept., Dt.20-04-2015.

Critical Equipment - The bidder should give a declaration on a non judicial stamp paper of Rs.100/- that he/she is having own/leased along with proof of ownership/lease of the equipment/ machinery

EMD @ 1% Rs.440335/- through Online Payment / in the form of BG in favour of Commissioner, CMC taken on or after the tender notice.

The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar nature of works such as Construction of storm water drain/ Culvert/ Retaining wall (Capital/Maintenance) Individual or combined of value not less than Rs.440.34 Lakhs as a prime contractor in any one financial year during the last ten financial years Note Contd..

Note Contd..i.e., from 2016-2017 to 2025-2026 duly updated by giving 10% simple weightage per year to bring them to 2026-27 price level.

note Contd...Sub Contractor?s /GPA holder?s experience shall not be taken into account. However the experience of the sub contractor who were officially sublet and certified state or central department / under taking /organization /Autonomous bodies etc., shall only be considered.

Liquid Assets / Credit facilities / Solvency certificates Not less than Rs.220.17 Lakhs from Nationalized Banks/ Scheduled Commercial Banks.

Physical Quantities The Bidder should have executed the following minimum physical quantities of work in any one financial year during the last ten financial years from 2016-17 to 2025-26. i) RCC M20 & above (individual or combined) quantity ? 2121.34 cum ii) HYSD steel bars individual or combined Qty ? 223.45 MT

The agency must follow procedure for disposal of C&D waste as detailed in GO RT no 626 C&D waste management rules Dt:19.06.2026.

The L1 Contractor must submit an undertaking against illegal dumping of C&D waste at the time of concluding the agreement.

The L1 agency must submit C&D waste disposal certificate for processing the payment.

All civil works shall mandatorily use 10% construction materials made out of C&D waste in all Government works in CMC limits. In case of non-availability of material, a certificate shall be issued by the waste processing facilities and exemption shall be given accordingly.
