To qualify for Award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2021-22. 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 3.2 b satisfactorily completed as prime contractor, at least one similar nature of work such as repairs / construction of Bridge work of value not less than Rs.39.80 lakhs.

The Tenderer should have executed in any one financial year in the last five years i.e. 2021-22. 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 3.2c the following minimum quantities of work 1.Short Creting - 154.00 Sqm, 2.Epoxy Bonding - 154.00 Sqm, 3.Strip Seal Expansion Joint - 68.00 mt, 4.Sealing of Crecks / Porous concrete - 460.80 Kg work done Certificate issued by the competent Authority of rank not less than Executive Engineer

Statement indicating the A. Existig commitments and ongoing works, B. Details of works for which tenders are already submitted . The statements should furnished as per statement 1.5 A,B of Section 3 of Qualification information in Standard Bid document.

EMD for Rs.1,00,000 shall be paid through KARNATAKA PUBLIC procurement PORTAL KPPP and the Balance of Rs.59,200 by Bank Guarantee issued by Nationalised/Scheduled Bank or demand draft/bankers cheque/specified small savings instruments online/ or offline modes of e-payment. bidder should upload the scanned Copy of such original document issued by Nationalised/Scheduled Bank IN KPPP.

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2021-22. 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 3.2a achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover of Rs.79.59 Lakhs, in all classes of Civil Engineering Construction works only Balance sheet & Profit & Loss Account indicating contract receipts issued by the competent accountant / Authority with UDIN number

Each tenderer should further demonstrate 3.3b liquid assets and / or availability of Credit facilities of not less than Rs.23.88 Lakhs Credit lines / letter of credit / certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc.,

The Tender should have a valid KPWD Registered Class-III and Above contractor.
