The Vehicle should be in good condition without any mechanical and aesthetic defect. A copy of RC to be provided.

All accessories and parts of the vehicle should be in good condition.

The expenditure of vehicle repairs, maintenance, oil & fuel, wages of Drivers and cleaners and other incidental charges should bear by the contractor only.

The agency shall not engage the same labour for 2 shifts, if found engaging the same labour for both the shifts, penalty of Rs. 1000/- per day per labour will be imposed.

If the Agency fails to deploy the labour for attending emergency works, is liable to pay the penalty of three (3) times of the labour charges of that per person per day.

If the Agency is allotted with more than one work, same labourers should not be engaged in any other Maintenance works in Khairatabad Zone GHMC.

The Contractor is fully held responsible for the Human/Animal Deaths or Human/Animal injuries occurred by his vehicle accidents and indemnify GHMC from any claims whatsoever

Violation of any of the special conditions will make the agency liable for being recommended for demotion to a lower class /suspension of business/removal from approved list as per GOs in vogue

The contractor should follow all the RTA Rules/Labour rules minimum wages acts and all statutory Acts in force.

The concerned Executive Engineer reserves all the rights to alter, modify change or remove Emergency Vehicle as per the necessity without assigning any reason there of and shall be binding on the part of the Contractor / Agency.

The contractor should provide one Mobile No. (Cell Phone) for each vehicle, which shall not be switched off at any time.

Transaction Fee Details

If the contractor quotes more than 25 percent less over ECV at the time of bidding, Additional Security Deposit(ASD) as per G.O shall be paid before concluding agreeement.

Bid capacity i.e., 3AN-B must be more than ECV, else the tender will be rejected.

The bidder shall submit signed copy of the Statement IV, i.e., works on hand (balance works and recently allotted works) else the tender will be rejected.

Maximum value of Civil Engineering works executed in any one year during the last 10 years updated Price levels taking into account the completed as well as works in progress Annual Turn over report certified by CA - Charted Account for the last 10 financial years The bidder shall upload Original Turnover Certificate with UDIN Number of the CA else the tender will be rejected.
