Contract Bidding Open For Estimation For Supplying of PAC Powder to Jewel filter treatment plant of Mysore City Corporation in KARNATAKA

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders. 

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Bidder should quote their rate Excluding of 18% GST

ONE.)Any changes/modifications will be notified/updated through e procurement only. 2.)The Authority reserves the right to accept/reject any or all tenders without assigning any reasons. 3.)Any discrepancies in the tender document shall be brought to the notice of Tender Inviting Authority before the last date 4.)If any, the decision of the Tender Inviting Authority shall be final.5)All documents are to be uploaded through e-portal only. 6)All other conditions as per K/G-2 Standard Tender document. 7)The decision of the Tender Inviting Authority shall be final in case of any discrepancies. 8)GST will be paid separately where ever it is applicable. 9.)Work to be carried out as per the direction of Engineer in charge. 10)Bidders are instructed to visit the site before participating in tender. Any objections regarding the items in the Schedule-B shall be brought to the notice of the authority. No objections will be entertained later & work has to be executed in complete manner. 11)Bidders should mention Address for Correspondence, Contact number AND E-mail id in e-portal without fail. 12)Bidders shall submit Original documents as uploaded in e-procurement to the office of Executive Engineer VVWS UGD WEST for verification within 5 days of opening tender. No correspondence shall be made regarding the same from this office

Necessary relaxation will be given for MSME as per FD order No.:EXP-12/2019, dated:21/07/2020
