SPECIAL CONDITIONS AS PER PROC.NO.817 DT.15-10-2022 OF COMMISSIONER, GHMC : a) Payments will be done as per seniority of the bill submitted and will be subject to the existence of adequate funds within the relevant head of account. Agency shall not request for priority payment in any case. Any such requests by the agencies will not be entertained by GHMC. b) Agencies shall not depend on payment of part bills to ensure completion of work on timely basis. Hence the agency shall not stop or slow down the work citing delays in payment of part bills. c) For all works costing Rs. 20.00 Lakh and below, there shall be only one bill i.e., first and final bill. No running account bills shall be paid to the agencies by GHMC in any circumstance. d) violation of any of the above special conditions will make the agency liable for being recommended for demotion to a lower class / suspension of business / removal from approved list as per GOs in vogue.

Eligibility of registered contractors: Contractor with valid registration certificate of Class-I and Class – III up to 20.00 lakhs works (Electrical), As per G.O Ms No.21 I & CAD Dept. Govt. Dt. 13-04-2017 & As per G.O Ms No.94 I & CAD Dept. Govt. Dt. 01-07-2003– A License with Validity Electrical contractor’s Electrical Grade – A License with Validity Copy of PAN allotment. Copy of TS GST Registration Certificate. Copy of Experience Certificate. 1% EMD and Transaction Fee Details. The Tenderer who have quoted more than 25 percentage less of the ECV, has to upload the DD towards ASD, the DD should be drawn after tender notification in favour of Commissioner, GHMC (Correct ASD percentage amount (equal or greater than) must be uploaded. If not, the Agency will be rejected and action will be initiated on the Agency for further Tenders. The agreement will be concluded Immediately . The work should be started as per field requirement. The work should be completed as per field requirement. The work should be started as per the schedule time other wise the agreement will be terminated without further notice. The Contractor should be submitted hard copy per each work Contractor should submit work plan at the time of entering into agreement. Quantity of Estimate material may be varied as per the field requirements. Must and should Fix MCB's with cover as per the estimate and instructions of field engineer for shock proof and safety. If not fixed MCB's with cover action will be initiated against the agency as per the higher authority instructions without any notice. If any untoward incident occurs agency will be held responsible.
