Contract Bidding Open For Preparation of comprehensive DPR for the scope of work mentioned above at the following Elevated Corridor- A)corridor double decker from Ragigudda Metro Station up to Central Silk Board in KARNATAKA

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The Consultant shall have achieved a minimum annual turnover of Rs.500.00 Lakhs from Civil Engineering Consultancy Services in any two financial years during the last five financial years a. Audited Balance Sheets b. Profit and Loss Accounts c. Certificate from Chartered Accountant indicating annual turnover from consultancy services

The Consultant shall have completed, as Prime Consultant, at least one similar consultancy assignment during the last five years involving preparation of DPR, urban design, beautification, redevelopment, public realm improvement, flyover/underpass development, streetscape improvement, junction improvement, urban infrastructure enhancement, PPP-based infrastructure development or equivalent works

The Consultant shall have experience in preparation of feasibility studies, DPRs, transaction advisory services, PPP structuring, DBFOT, BOT, BOOT or similar infrastructure projects during the last five years. Supporting certificates issued by competent authorities shall be furnished

The consultants must not have been blacklisted / barred by any Central or State Government, PSU or Urban Local Body
