Open Tender for 2026-Eng01-04-100 Providing CC Road, CC Drains, CC Culverts, Boundary Protection wall, Electrification, water supply facilities at Animal Birth Control Centre at Kapuluppada, in ward no.04 of Bheemunipatnam Zone-I, GVMC. in VISAKHAPATANAM, ANDHRA PRADESH

1. If the last date of receipt of tenders happened to be holiday they will be received on the next working day shall be treated as having received in time.

2. The Commissioner is the authority to accept the tenders and reserved the right to accept or reject any one all the tenders partially or completely without assigning any reasons thereof.

3. The cost of tender schedules should be remitted in favour of ?C-1 India Ltd, Hyderabad? by way of D.D.

4. The 1 % EMD in the shape of Demand Draft drawn for each work in favour of ?Commissioner, GVMC, Visakhapatnam? with after the date of tender notice publication scanned and the D.D should be handed over to E.E before tender date.

5. The cost of tender schedules once paid will not be refunded at any circumstances, and conditional tenders are not acceptable. 6 The tenderer who withdraws his offer within validity period will forego his EMD. The tenderer validity period his 90days from the date of receipt tender 7 The successful tenderer should pay, if contractor quoted their tender more than 25% less than the estimate rates before entering in to agreement. 8 The contractor must quote their rates in both words and figures. In case of any discrepancy between the rates noted in words and figures, the rates noted in words shall prevail.

A copy of valid Contractors Registration proceedings shall be enclosed along with the hard copies of Tender documents. 17 The tenderer shall hand over the hard copies of tender documents to the Executive Engineer/S.E (Works), Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation, Visakhapatnam, authorized representative directly or through his agent or by registered post or by courier service, so as to reach one day before the opening of the price bid. The tenders will be opened by the Executive Engineer / S.E (Works) / C.E, Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation, Visakhapatnam, or his nominee at his office on the date mentioned above. 18 If the office happens to be closed on the dates specified above, the respective activity will be performed at the designated time on the next working day without any notification.
