B To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e.2021-22 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 Satisfactorily completed at least 50 Percent of the contract value, as prime contractor at least one similar work such as building work of value not less than Rs. 40.23 Lakhs.

The Tenderer should be a PWD Registered Class III & above contractor

Liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs24.14Lakhs Credit lines/letter of credit/ certificates from the banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. LOC should be in prescribed format-2, if not, then the tender will not be accepted.

3.2b To qualify for the award of this contract each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 Achieved in at least Two financial years an average Annual financial turnover in all classes of civil engineering construction works only of Rs. of Rs 80.45 Lakhs With UDIN Number
