Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Acceptance letter of terms and conditions should be uploaded in the tender

Minimum marks to become eligible is 70

All other terms & conditions as per tender document

Preference shall be given to the employees already working in university

Minimum Wages Act should be followed

The service charge should be quoted in percentage

Presentation of work methodology by the firms/agencies the Date & Time will be intimated later after opening of Technical Bid

The Bidder should upload work done certificates of 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26 only. Older work done certificates are not considered during evaluation process.

The contract period is only for 12 months only. No further extension/renewal of contract will be entertained.
