The Agency shall furnish a copy of the license issued by the Labour department under the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970.

The tenderer should hold a valid license issued by the competent authority under the private securities agencies (Regulation) Act-2005 and Karnataka Private Security Agencies, Rules-2008
