Invitation to Bid - Providing and fixing 9 mtr mini solar high mast light to HUDA LPA Boundary Circles. in KARNATAKA

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders. 

Bidder shall pay Contract Management Module processing fees of 0.025% of the contact value (Min Rs.500/- & Max Rs.7500/-) soon after contract has been issued to bidder. The Tender processing fee shall not be refundable.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

All Terms and condition as per bid document

The employer reserves the rights to reject one or all Tender without assigning any reasons and Conditional tenders will not be accepted.

The employer is not responsible for any delay in accessing E-Procurement Portal

As per Government order LD/300/LET/2006 Bangalore dated 1.01.2007 nad Government letter no PW/134/BMS/2007 dated 27.07.2007, a sum amounting to 1% of the bill amount will be deducted towards constructions labour welfare fund

Should be registered with CESCOM Class I and above Electrical Contractor Registration

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer should give all details and documents as per KG-2 and Work should be carried out as per KG-2 STD attached with tender.

Contractors has to upload the EPF Registration and Contractors has to submit their labour EPF details with every Running Bill. Contractor shall bound to comply the prevailing rules and regulations with regard to the EPF Contribution rules and any modifications thereof before and after execution of agreement

The successful Tenderer shall deliver to the Employer a Security deposit in the prescribed form in the favour of the Commissioner, HUDA, Hassan, given below for an amount equivalent to 5% of the Contract price plus additional security for unbalanced tenders in accordance with the Conditions of Contract.

The FSD payable at the time of executing agreement, will be refunded only after successful completion of work i.e., 1 Years

In the case of the death of the contractor after executing the agreement / commencement of the work, his legal heir, if is an eligible registered contractor and is willing can execute and compete the work at the accepted tender rates irrespective of the cost of the work.

Contractor should take all precautions to ensure that no damage is caused to the existing public/ private properties which have been constructed by other agencies during project execution. If any damage is caused, it has to be rectified at his own risk and cost

Contractors are responsible for ensuring Safety and also whole & Sole responsibility for any injury or risk factors of workers

achieved in at least Two financial years an average annual financial turnover of Rs 25,00,000/- (usually two times of the contract value)

Liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of not less than 30% of the amount of contract Rs 7,50,000/- (Credit lines/letter of credit/certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc.)

GST Registration Certificate

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in its name Finance turn over certificate should have in the last five years from 2021-22 to 2025-26

satisfactory completed as a prime contractor at least one similar work to an extent of 50% of the cost of the work, such Providing & Fixing High Mast lights of value not less than Rs. 12.50 lakhs

Intending bidder should visit the work spot along with department person and get certificate from the Assistant Executive Engineer HUDA and it should be uploaded mandatory, failing which the tender will be rejected
