Annual turnover certificate with valid UDIN No for last 5 years i.e., from 2021-22,2022-23 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 obtained from the Chartered Accountant and supported by the income tax returns filed by the bidder with IT departments.

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in his name should have in the last five years period i.e., 2021-22,2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 a. achieved in at least two financial years on average annual financial turnover b. achieved in at least one financial years on average annual financial turnover for SC/ST/CAT I/ CAT II A Tenderers of 100 percent of cost of the work.

Work done certificate for Satisfactorily completed as prime contractor, at least one similar nature of work value not less than 50 percent from Competent Authority not below the rank of E E or equivalent in the last five years period i.e., 2021-22,2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 b. at least any construction work to an extent of 25 percent of cost of the work for SC/ST/ CAT I/ CAT II A Tenderers in the last five years period i.e., 2021-22,2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26

Caste certificate and the domicile certificate in the prescribed format Format-D for tenderers claiming reservation for work reserved for CAT-IIA

Existing commitments and ongoing works which are yet to be completed

The works for which tender acceptance letters are received are to be furnished.

The information of the works for which tenderer has already submitted tender are to be furnished.

The information on litigation in which the Tenderer is involved are to be furnished.

Name, address, and telephone, telex, and fax numbers of the tenderers bankers who may provide references if contacted by the employer are not furnished.
