- Bids are invited on the e-procurement for the work mentioned above from the civil contractor registration with the Government of Telangana. The details of Tender conditions and terms can be downloaded from the electronic procurement platform of the Government of Telangana i.e. https://tender.telangana.gov.in
- EMD to be paid online in favor of Commissioner, Jagtial Municipality (i.e. 1% of ECV)
- The Tenders with an excess of the estimated contract value shall summarily be rejected.
- All other relevant conditions are incorporated in the tender document. Note: The dates stipulated above are firm and under no circumstances will they be altered unless otherwise extended by official notification or happen to be a Public Holiday. B). The bidder should submit the following particulars invariably in the format specified in the tender schedules with necessary certificates/documents and be scanned and uploaded online on an e-procurement platform, failing which his tender shall be treated as incomplete and summarily rejected. A) The bidder must be a Civil Contractor having valid Registration in the appropriate Class with the Government of Telangana as per G.O.Ms No. 94 (as amended from time to time). B) Copy of PAN card and Financial year 2023-24/ Assessment year 2024-25 IT returns C) Copy of GST Registration and Latest Quarter/Latest month GST Returns D) Self Declaration by self-attestation on stamp paper Rs. 100/- regarding the genuineness of uploaded documents by the bidder E)Even while execution of the work, if found that the contractor has produced false/fake certificates of experience he will be blacklisted and the contract will be terminated and the work will be taken over invoking clause 60 (a) of PS of APSS.
