Bids are Invited For SUPPLY OF 40HP TRACTOR ENGINE WITH TRAILERS FOR SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT AT TP SRINGERI in KARNATAKA

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders. 

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The supplier should have minimum 01 number of authorized vehicle service stations within a distance of 150 km from the place of delivery and the relevant document related to this should be uploaded.

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in its name should have in the last 5 years 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26) achieved in at least two financial years (continuous period of 12 months) a minimum financial turnover of Rs.16.50/- Lakh. As documentary evidence the tenderer should furnish copies of Audited Balance Sheet duly certified by The Chartered Account (Annual turnover Certificate).

Each tenderer should further demonstrate Liquid assets and / or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs. 4.95 lakh (credit lines/ letter of credit/certificates from bank for meeting the fund requirement etc.)

The tenderer, as authorized representative, has supplied, installed and commissioned satisfactorily at least 1 No.s of Tractor with Tailor and the quantity similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements in any one of the last five years 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26) which must be in satisfactory operation for at least 12 months on the date of tender opening.
