Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Tenders/Bids shall be submitted exclusively through the e-Procurement portal https://kppp.karnataka.gov.in. No physical bids shall be entertained

Tenderers must register on the e-Procurement portal before submitting bids. The tender document may be viewed and downloaded free of cost from the portal

Tender processing fee and Earnest Money Deposit EMD shall be accepted only through electronic payment modes NEFT/RTGS in a single transaction. Payment by Demand Draft or Bank Guarantee will not be accepted

Each Bidder shall submit only one bid. Submission of multiple bids or discovery of common interest in two or more bids shall result in disqualification and blacklisting

Corrigenda, modifications, and corrections, if any, will be published on the e-portal only. Bidders are advised to monitor the portal regularly

The deadline for submission of bids may be extended by BMTC to give prospective bidders reasonable time to consider any addendum

The financial offer must NOT be included in the Technical / Pre-Qualification Bid. Any financial offer uploaded alongside the Technical Bid shall result in immediate disqualification.
