Contract Bidding Open For BDA/DCF/2026-27/02 in KARNATAKA

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Species List is attached as Annexure-01, About 60 native Shrubs species of plants to be supplied with each species in the list attached to be supplied in minimum quantity of 5000 recommended. Otherwise each species to be supplied minimum 1000 mandatorily. This will be verified at source of nursery through field inspection by officer duly authorized by DCF Forest section BDA.

Supply of Exotic & Non-indigenous plant species are Strictly prohibited.

Since it is a planting initiative where Guinness world record attempt is being made by BDA to plant 15 Lakh Seedlings in 12 hours, timely supply of seedlings to multiple planting sites across Bengaluru is of great importance and hence the nursery with nearest location to planting zone with highest sub zones and planting sites will be considered and given 1st preference. The decision of DCF forest section BDA will be final and binding.(Planting Zones, Subzones and planting sites map attached as Annexure-02)

On falseful assurance of supply of native species as per the above conditions, DCF is authorized to reject the tender bid on confirmation after field visit by officer duly authorized by DCF Forest section BDA.

Tenderer shall be ready to supply and unload the seedlings before june 26th at multiple location across Bengaluru as per Annexure-02 without fail and delay

Seedling quality and height of seedlings will be considered for approval of bids after field inspection by officer duly authorized by DCF Forest section BDA

Experience in growing of native plants species will be considered for approval of bids.
