The Electronic Payment Gateway accepts all Master and Visa Credit cards issued by any bank and direct debit facility / Net banking / NEFT payments modes through ICICI Bank and / or Axis Bank Payment Gateways to facilitate the transaction.

1. Copy of Contractors valid Registration under appropriate Class with Government of Telangana.

2. Copy of PAN card along with a copy of latest Income Tax returns for the year AY 2025-2026 / AY 2026-27 with proof of receipt

3. The tenders will be evaluated as per G.O.MS No.294, Dt: 18-07-2020, MA&UD, Government of Telangana for the Works costing of Rs:5.00lakhs to Rs:50lakhs in which bid capacity of the agency is calculated as per formula 3AN-B and the bid capacity should be greater than ECV for eligibility of the particular work.

4. Genuineness of Contractor Registration on Rs.100/- NSJ paper should be submitted by agency to the tender approving authority at the time of submission of tender (Format enclosed).

1.5% EMD & ASD amount quoted more than 25% less on ECV Value in website http://emd/ghmc.gov.in/ and should submit the receipt to this office before concluding the agreement.

11. General Terms & Conditions: (1) The details of Tender conditions and terms can be down loaded from the electronic procurement platform of Government of Telangana i.e. www.eprocurement.telangana.gov.in or www.tender.telangana.gov.in (2) Contractors would be required to register on the e-procurement Market Place www.eprocurement.telangana.gov.in or www.tender.telangana.gov.inand submit their bids on line. The Department will not accept any bid submitted in the paper form. (3) The successful bidder shall invariably furnish the original GST Registration Certificate/ latest Quarterly GST Returns, proof of online payment and balance EMD

1.5% and certificates/documents of the uploaded scanned copies to the tender inviting authority before entering into the agreement either personally or through courier or post and the receipt of the same within the stipulated date shall be the responsibility of the successful bidder. The Department will not take any responsibility for any delay in receipt/non-receipt of original proof of on line payment / BG towards EMD, certificates/documents, from the successful bidder before the stipulated time. (4) The tenderer to be black listed and the EMD forfeited if he is found to have misledor furnished false information in the forms / Statements / Certificates submitted in proof of qualification requirements or record of performance such as abandoning of work not properly completed in earlier contracts, inordinate delays in completion of the works, litigation history and / or financial failures. (5) Even while execution of the work, if found that the contractor had produced false / fake certificates of experience he will be black listed and the contract will be terminated. 0.04% of ECV (estimated contract value) with a cap of Rs.10, 000 (Rupees ten thousand only) for all works with ECV up to Rs.50 Crores, and Rs. 25, 000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) for works with ECV above Rs.50 Crores. (6) Any further information can be obtained from the office of the Superintending Engineer, Note: 1) The date stipulated above is firm and under no circumstances they will be relaxed unless otherwise extended by an official notification or happen to be Public Holidays. 2) Any other condition regarding receipt of tenders in conventional method appearing in the tender documents may please be treated as not applicable. 3) The tender inviting authority reserves the right to accept or reject any tender or all tenders and to cancel the tendering process, at any time prior to the award of contract, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected tenderer or tenderers or any obligation to inform the affected tenderer or tenderers of the reasons for such action.
