Supply of 01 No. of New 3 Ton Capacity, Diesel Operated Forklift for Sharavathy Valley Project, KPCL, Jog-falls.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

The tender is of two cover system.

Aspiring Bidders/Contractors who have not obtained the user ID & Password for participating in e-Procurement, may now obtain the same from the website www.https://kppp.karnataka.gov.in

After evaluation of Technical Bid, the bids of the bidders who meet the PQR of the tender/bid in complete manner will be accepted and only such bidders Financial bid will be opened.

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of e-Procurement portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidder end.

Bidder has to supply the Vehicle as specified in Section-III Technical Specification & Scope of Supply.

Right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason is reserved by the undersigned.

Conditional tenders will not be accepted.

The bidder shall quote in Indian Rupees only.

The prices quoted shall be inclusive of all taxes in e-portal shall be firm throughout the entire validity period on F.O.R to destination basis, i.e., other taxes inclusive of GST, Entry / Road tax, Registration, RTO charges, Insurance, any other statutory requirement for vehicles permit & handling charges and other incidental charges etc

Bidders whose contracts have been terminated/ foreclosed in KPCL or elsewhere during last 03 years and also those who do not meet the above qualifying requirement bids will not be considered. Self declaration to be submitted in Part-I as per prescribed format.

Sections-I and Section-II, Section III, Declaration-I, Declaration-II, Declaration-III, Instruction to Bidders and General Information are part of the tender document.

Bidder shall have IT PAN No. and GST registration certificates. In proof IT PAN and GST registration copies shall be furnished through e-portal.

The bidder has to quote his Rate per vehicle including all the Accessories, Equipments, RTO Taxes/registration charges and all other charges.

The quantity of Vehicles mentioned/indicated in tender may vary depending on the final requirement at the time of placing the work order. KPCL reserves the right to verify the authenticity of any or all the certificates furnished by any or all the tenders from the authorities who have issued the same. If it is found that any of the agency/agencies have furnished false certificates/ information, the tenders submitted by them are liable for rejection.
