Work done Certificate Each tenderer, in their own name, shall have satisfactorily completed any construction works in the Government sector only, with a value of not less than 25 Percent of the amount put to tender i.e. Rs 5.74 Lakhs. The work completion/workdone certificate shall be issued and certified by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or an equivalent authority
