Bids are Invited For Annual maintenance of VVIP Guest House, Circuit House, IB, Helipad, Garden and Roads in the premises of Circuit House in Shivamogga for the the year 2026-27 in KARNATAKA

The Tender should have a valid KPWD Registered Class-III and Above contractor.

GST Copy and GST Declaration Certificate

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in it name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26a achieved in at least two financial years an Average of annual Financial Turn over in all Clauses of Civil Engineering Construction Works only of Rs.60.96 Lakhs,in all classes of Civil Engineering Construction works only

To qualify for Award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e.2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26 satisfactorily completed as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as Supply of Manpower to Annual maintenance of Building of value not less than Rs. 30.48 lakhs.

Each tenderer should further demonstrate 3.3b liquid assets and/or availability of Credit facilities of not less than Rs.18.30 Lakhs Credit lines/letter of credit/certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc.,

EMD for Rs. 1,00,000.00 shall be paid through KPPP and the Balance of Rs.0.22 lakhs by BG issued by Nationalised/ Scheduled Bank or demand draft/bankers cheque/specified small savings instruments online/or offline modes of e-payment. bidder should upload the scanned Copy of such original document issued by Nationalised/Scheduled Bank IN KPPP. The bidder has to submit the uploaded original Bank guarantee or other documents which described above before entering the agreement if awarded.

Bidder should submit copy of the service tax registration certificate.

Bidder should submit copy of the ESI registration certificate obtained from ESI Department

The Tenderer should have executed in one year in the last five years i.e.2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26 3.2c the following minimum quantities of work Supply of Manpower of value not less than Rs. 30.48 lakhs.
