Terms, Conditions & Eligibility

• Pre-qualification criteria: In-house casting and machining of steel castings; furnace capacity of 3 tons; factory license; machining and testing facilities; CA/notary-certified documentation
• Financial criteria: Average annual turnover ≥ ₹10.65 Lakh in the last 3 years ending 31/03/2025; provide audited P&L or CA-certified turnover statement
• Experience: Last 7 years, three successful POs of basic value ≥ ₹14.2 Lakh each
• Delivery/Variation: Option to increase/decrease quantity up to 25%; delivery period begins after last date of original delivery order; extension formula with minimum 30 days; extended time may be based on original delivery period or extended period
• Delivery scope: Scope of supply includes all costs; only supply of goods (no services)
• Bidders must provide OEM authorizations and technical compliance certificates as required in the Terms
