Turnover: A = Maximum value of Civil engineering works executed in its name in any one financial year during the last Ten financial years (updated to current Price level i.e., 2026-27 price level by giving weightage of 10% per year) taking into account the works completed as well as works in progress. Annual turnover shall be certified by C.A Along with profit & Loss and Balance Statement

Onhand Works: B = Updated value (at current i.e., 2026-27Price level), of all existing Commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the period of completion of the work for which Tenders are invited in Statement IV-A and Statement IV-B
