(V) The service person must have at least 5 years of verified experience in such type of lift servicing, with a valid and certified licence" Terms and Condtion (i) Payment of minimum wages in time to the labor engaged, irrespective of due payments from TGGENCO (or) any other reason, & (ii) any other timely requirements. However, the CE/O&M/KTPS-VII Stage reserves right to accept / reject the application of the purchaser who falls short in any of the above aspects based on the accuracy / inaccuracy of the case; and the decision of CE/O&M/KTPS-VII Stage is final in this regard. SCOPE OF WORK and TERMS & CONDITIONS Name of the work: Servicing and preventive maintenance of Rack and Pinion type Chimney lift of capacity 400 kg and height 270m, once in 3 months ( or ) as and when required during the year 2026-27 . 1) Complete inspection, cleaning and terminal tightness checking of the panel of lift, push button etc., Checking of power contactor, relays and other equipment. 2) Lubrication of all mechanical items as per lubrication instruction manual. 3) Checking of electro –mechanical interlocks. i.e.. top and bottom limit switches, landing doors, cage doors and trap doors etc. 4) Supervision and adjustment of break, both electromagnetic and centrifugal. 5) Supervision and repairing of Rack and pinion, tightness of anchoring bolts, internal parts of gear boxes and coupling. 6) Any modifications/replacements of small parts like screws, push buttons, springs etc., ( if required ) in electrical circuit for smooth operation of the lift. Major components will be provided by TGGENCO. 7) All the petty / minor components are to be arranged by the vendor as per the maintenance requirement. Major components will be arranged by TGGENCO. However, the firm has to arrange the major components on chargeable basis as per the request of TGGENCO (as per department procedure) to meet the maintenance works and to make availability of the lift for service. Decision of the TGGENCO is final in replacement of spares. 8) During servicing, the lift manufacturers ( OEM ) check list has to be followed. 9) Checking the healthiness of VFD and adjustment of parameters if required. 10) Any additional works required as per field requirement to keep the lift in service. 11) Any minor / petty components and special tools required to meet maintenance works should be arranged by the vendor. 12) The vendor should have a minimum experience of 5 years in erection, commissioning and maintenance of such type of lifts ( i.e high elevation stacks/ chimneys ) considering the nature of specialized and height works. 13) The vendor must submit copies of previous purchase orders along with satisfactory service / execution certificate for similar type of lift servicing, as proof of experience 14) All the transportation and accommodation charged will be borne by the vendor (Accommodation will be provided by TGGENCO at free of cost Subjected to availability). 15) The service person must have at least 5 years of verified experience in such type of lift servicing, with a valid and certified license. 16) Servicing should be carried out in accordance with standard industry practices, ensuring optimal performance and safety. 17) All safety precautions should be taken by the technicians while executing the work. 18) All the technicians who visited the site for execution of works should be covered under suitable Insurance. And TGGENCO is no where responsible for untoward accidents. 19) Each job / visit comprises 3 man days and if any additional man day required to meet the rectification works on any reason, the same will be paid extra as per the provision. 20) In case of a breakdown, the service team should respond and attend to the complaint within 24 hours. 21) The work should be guaranteed for a period of one month and if any complaint arises within the specified guaranteed period the same should be rectified at free of cost. 22) A work guarantee or fitness certificate should be provided by the vendor/ service provider after each servicing, certifying that the lift is in proper working condition and fit for service.

The tender must upload the proof of experiences. 3. The cost of tender documents will not be refundable under any circumstances. 4. The Chief Engineer/O&M/KTPS reserves the right to cancel /extend /reject the tender without assigning any reasons 5. Tenders should be quote the rates in prescribed schedule down loaded from the e-tender web site only. 6. Those seeking exemption from payment of EMD should produce proof of valid exemption certificate 7. The rate should be quoted excluding GST, will be paid as per actual on production of remittance challans, limited to the provision made in the estimate. 8. Good Service tax as applicable shall be paid as per rules of eligibility on production of Service tax Registration Number. 9. If the agency fails to execute to the work to the full satisfaction of the field Engineers, the agency will be blacklisted besides forfeiting EMD/SD/Retention amounts. 10. The rates in the tender should be quoted item wise. Tender in which Lumpsum rates are offered will be rejected and no issues in this regard will be entertained. 11. Tenders up to 25 % less than the estimate will be accepted, but for tenders, which are less by more than 25 % of the estimate, a Bank guarantee or demand draft for 5 % of the estimate value will be collected as Additional Security Deposit. 12. The bidder would be required to register on the e-procurement market place www.eprocurement.gov.in or https:// tender. eprocurement .gov.in and submit their bids on line . Off line bids shall not be entertained by the tender. Inviting authority for the tenders published in e procurement platform. The bidders shall submit their eligibility and qualification details, Technical bid, Financial bid etc, in the on line standard formats displayed in e procurement web site. G.O.Ms.No.174, I&CAD dept dated:1-09-2008, submission of original hard copies of the uploaded scanned copies of DD/BG towards EMD by participating bidders to the tender inviting authority before the opening of the price bid is dispensed forthwith. ii) All the bidders shall invariably upload the scanned copies of DD/BG in e-procurement system and this will be the primary requirement to consider the bid responsive. iii) The department shall carryout the technical evaluation solely based on the uploaded certificates/documents, DD/BG towards EMD in the e-procurement system and open the price bids of the responsive bidders. iv) The department will notify the successful bidder for submission of original hardcopies of all the uploaded documents DD/BG towards EMD prior to entering into agreement. V) The successful bidder shall invariably furnish the original DD/BG towards EMD, Certificates/Documents of the uploaded scan copies to the Tender inviting Authority before entering into agreement, either personally or through courier or post and the receipt of the same within in the stipulated date shall be the responsibility of the successful bidder. The department will not take any responsibility for any delay in receipt/non-receipt of original DD/BG towards EMD, Certificates/Documents from the successful bidder before the stipulated time. ON receipt of documents, the department shall ensure the genuinity of the DD/BG towards EMD and all other certificates/documents uploaded by the bidder in e-procurement system. In support of the qualification criteria before concluding the agreement. 4. The GO. Ms. No. 174- I&CAD dated: 1-9-2008 Deactivation of bidders. IF any successful bidder fails to submit the original hard copies of uploaded certificated/documents, DD/BG towards EMD within stipulated time or if any variation is noticed between the uploaded documents and the hardcopies submitted by the bidder, as the successful bidder will be suspended from participating in the tenders on e-Procurement platform for a period of 3 years. The e-Procurement system would deactivate the user ID of such defaulting bidder based on the trigger/recommendation by the tender Inviting Authority in the system. Besides this, the department shall invoke all processes of law including criminal prosecution of such defaulting bidder as an act of extreme deterrence to avoid delays in the tender process for execution of the development schemes taken up by the government. Other conditions as per tender document are applicable. The bidder is requested to get a confirmed acknowledgement from the Tender inviting Authority a proof of Hardcopies submission to avoid any discrepancy. 5. Payment of transaction Fee: It is mandatory for all the participant bidders from 1st January 2006 to electronically pay a Non-refundable Transaction fee to M/s. APTS, the service provider through “payment Gateway Service ON e-Procurement platform.” The Electronic payment Gatewat accepts all master and visa credit cards issued by any bank and direct Debit facility/Net Banking of ICICI Bank. HDFC,AXIS Bank to facilitate the transaction. 6. Corpus Fund: As per GO. MS No.4 User departments shall collect 0.04% of ECV (estimated contract value) with a cap of Rs 10,000/- for all works with ECV up to Rs: 50 crores, and Rs: 25000/- for works with ECV above Rest: 50 crores, from successful bidders on e-Procurement platform before entering into agreement. There shall not be any charge towards e-Procurement Fund incase of works, goods and services with ECV less than and up to Rs:. 10 lakh. 7. Tender Document: The bidder is requested to download the tender document and rest all the terms and conditions mentioned in the tender Document and seek clarification if any from the tender inviting authority. 8. Bid Submission Acknowledgment: The bidder shall complete all the process and steps required for Bid submission. The system will generate an acknowledgment with a unique bid submission number after completing all the prescribed steps and processes by the bidder. 9.
