Minimum financial turnover of Rs 991.13 Lakhs. achieved in atleast two financial years from 2021-22 to 2025-26 Audited Profit and Loss account certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant bearing UDIN along with copy of Income Tax returns filed for the year 2025-26 should be furnished

Copy of the KPWD/CPWD Class-I Registration Certificate.

Copy of Valid Employees Provident Fund Registration Certificate

Copy of Valid GST Registration Certificate & PAN card

Copy of Income tax return filled for the financial year 2025-26

The bidder should have, satisfactorily completed from 2021-22 to 2025-26 not less than 90 percent of contract value as a prime contractor one similar nature of work such as Construction/Improvements of Rajakaluve/ Trough/ Canal lining works costing not less than the amount put to tender of Rs 247.78Lakhs. The cost will be updated to the present value by giving a weight age of 10 percent for each year.

Minimum quantites of Earthwork excavation / Embankment is 83790.00 Cum, RCC Grade M-15 and above is 1589.12 Cum, TMT steel is 123.46 tonne in any one financial year, during 2021-22 to 2025-26

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualification criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value Rs 495.56 Lakhs. The available tender Capacity will be calculated as under Assessed available tender Capacity is AXNX1.5-B

The statements showing the value of existing commitments and on-going works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed should be certified by Statutory Auditors of the Company or by the proprietor of the company through an affidavit

Technical Bid Bidder should furnish liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.209.62 Lakhs from any Nationalized / scheduled bank Credit lines/letter of credit/ certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. The format for Bankers Certificate/ Line of Credit BC/LOC letter to be issued by the Banks as per circular No-FD CAM/16/2022 P-2 dated-22.08.2022

The intending bidder should have Own/Lease equipments and machineries as mentioned in Bid document.
