ESI/GI Registration &Validity of Insurance Certificate (In case of Group Insurance, the successful bidder should provide Group Insurance coverage before commencement of work for issuing PO/PSPO).(Optional)

The CONTRACTOR must have the experience in executing the reconditioning of GXL 2000 or equivalent capacity Vacuum Pump during last 6 Financial years in 210/250 MW or above capacity Units under renowned power utility companies like TGGENCO, APGENCO, NTPCС or any other PSUs.

The documentary evidence (i.e.., at least two Purchase order copies) shall be uploaded invariably along with 'satisfactory Service certificate' (duly attested) from the Competent authorities not less than the rank of Divisional Engineer or any other equivalent authority, in support to their Work experience, failing which, their Tender is liable for rejection

The experience certificate furnished by the Contractor will be examined by the Field Engineers in detail and the same will be considered strictly based on their recommendations otherwise the Tender is liable for rejection. And also the bidder shall not have any pending works beyond agreement period from the tendering of the work.

If any circle head issued a final notice regarding the Poor performance of the Contractor, then the bidder is liable for rejection
