Government Tender Published for Providing Consultancy Services for Preparation of DPR and Structural Design Drawings and all allied Works of Construction of bridge across the Ghataprabha river at km 33.26 (between Nandagaon and Avaradi villages) on Madhurkhandi-Timmapur Cross SH-284 in Mudalagi taluka of Belagavi district For the year 2026-27 in KARNATAKA

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The approach and methodology shall clearly define the Consultants approach to complete the assignment within the time frame and methodology adopted. Adequacy of the proposed work plan and methodology in responding to the terms of reference (TOR)

The Consultants Company should have and deploy the key personal / man power mentioned in the attached bid document for the assignment Bio data of individual key personal signed by the individual member shall be furnished. (General Qualifications, Adequacy for the project, Experience in region & language of key personal should be furnished

GST IS INCLUDED IN ITEM

Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover of Rs.57.80 lakhs from Consultancy Services which are Civil in Nature (The value of the Financial Turnover of previous years will be given a weight age of 10 % per year to bring them to the price level of the FY in which the tender is invited).The certified copies of the Audit Report, Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, Turn Over Certificate etc. by a Chartered Accountant shall be furnished

The Turn over certificate shall have UDIN generated through ICAI Portal. Turn over Certificate without UDIN shall not be considered and treated as Invalid. The Confirmation letter issued by Chartered Accountant shall also have UDIN generated through ICAI Portal

Completed successfully for preparation of Detailed Project Reports (DPR and Structural Design of Government Similar Bridge/RPB/Flyover with completion certificate with length/span costing cost not less than 35.00crores (Credentials obtained from the client not below the rank of Executive Engineer shall be furnished)

Shall have minimum 15 years of experience in consultancy services. (Registration certificate/ service tax certificate must submit)

Shall have on their Payroll Highway & Structural Design Engineers and necessary staff for Preparation of DPR

Shall have valid & Licensed Highway Design Software, Auto CAD latest version, Required Printers & Plotters and other office Equipments necessary for Preparation of DPR

Shall not have been Blacklisted or Terminated in any of their Previous projects

Shall not have any Litigation History in any of their Previous Projects.

Shall have valid GST Registration and other Statutory Registrations.

A Consultant may participate in any number of Packages

The Consultant shall have a Own NABL accredited Full Fledged Laboratory with all the relevant equipments in Karnataka with minimum 40 parameters

The Consultants shall mandatory pay a flying visit to 100% length of the project Roads and upload brief reports certified by Assistant Executive Engineer

The employer is not responsible for any delay in accessing e-Procurement (KPPP) Portal

Conditional tenders will not be accepted

The EMD of Rs. 60,000/- shall be paid in full through e-payment in favour of Executive Engineer, PWD, Chikodi Dn, Chikodi

DPR Completion period is 45days(1.5months)

DPR shall be placed for T and ERC as per government circular, the objections arised from T and ERC committee shall be attended along with compliance by the consultant himself before technical sanction

Consultant shall take technical sanction from competent authority through proper channel

If any changes occured During Execution And also Prepare for finalization of the DTS

consultant has to submit 3 Alternative Bridge alignments.

All Safety Precautionary measures to be taken by Consultant regarding surveying and other Allied Works carried by Consultant.For any Unforceen Incidents/Accidents Happened Department is not Liable to pay any kind of Compensation

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Conditional tenders will not be accepted.

As per karnataka state government order LD/300/LET/2006 Bangalore dated 01-01-2007 and Govt letter No.PW/134/BMS /2007/dated 27-07-2007, a sum amounting to 1% of the bill amount will be deducted towards constructions labour welfare fund.

The Tenderer should submit proposed methodology and program of construction, backed with equipment and materials duly supported with broad calculations and quality management, plan, proposed to be adopted, justifying of execution and completion of the work as per technical specifications within the stipulated period of completion

The Increase in GST shall not be paid in the extended period of contract for which the contractor alone is responsible for delays as determined by the authority while granting the extension of time.

The Assignment of preparation of DPR and Structural design drawings shall be completed within 45days from the date of Agreement and the Assignment/Agreement continues till the physical completion of the Bridge

The tenderer should be empanelled in Karnataka PWD as Category-I consultant.

APPEAL: As per Govt Ltr No: 572/CRM (2020) (E) Dtd: 03.10.2020 the Appeals received in E-Procurement as per KTPP Act / Rules within the stipulated time will only be considered. Any written appeal received shall not be considered..

The item rates are inclusive of all taxes

The Structural Design should be proof checked from the not less than IIT/IISc as directed by Executive Engineer, PWD Division, Chikkodi The cost of proof checking shall be borne by the successful bidder / Consultant only.

Geo-investigation to be carried out as per IS Standard should be got done by the successful bidder / Consultant on his own cost.
