• Delivery: Delivery period linked to original schedule; option clause allows up to 25% quantity adjustment during contract.
• GST: Bidders to determine applicable GST; reimbursement as per actuals or applicable rates, whichever is lower, up to quoted GST percentage.
• Invoicing: Invoice in consignee name with consignee GSTIN.
• Warranty: OEM warranty certificates required at delivery; supplier must guarantee rectification during the warranty period; installation/commissioning/training/maintenance capability must be present in India with service centres near consignee destinations.
• After-sales: Established Installation, Commissioning, Training, Troubleshooting and Maintenance service group; upload service centre details with bid.

Terms, Conditions & Eligibility

• POs may increase/decrease quantity by up to 25% at contract placement and during the currency.
• Delivery period adjustments must start from the last date of (extended) delivery period; minimum 30 days.
• GST advisory: Bidder bears GST calculation; reimbursement as per actuals or lower applicable rates; ensure GST compliance.
• Invoicing: Invoice must be raised in consignee’s name with their GSTIN.
• Warranty: OEM warranty certificates to be provided at delivery; guarantee of rectification during warranty; ensure service network in India with nearby service centres.
• Documentation: OEM authorization and service capability documentation to be uploaded; details of service centres near consignee destinations to be included.
