1) Contractor with valid registration certificate of Class-I (Electrical).
2) Electrical contractor?s Electrical Grade ? A License with Validity
3) Copy of PAN allotment.
4) Copy of TS GST Registration Certificate.
5) The firm should have the similar work execution experience like providing decorative illumination to cable bridge, large-scale indoor and outdoor LED illumination projects, such as building facades, bridges, parks, and media screens. And should provide decorative illumination as per the instructions of field officer.
6) 1% EMD and Transaction Fee Details.
7) The Tenderer who have quoted more than 25 percentage less of the ECV, has to upload the DD towards ASD, the DD should be drawn after tender notification in favour of Commissioner, GHMC (Correct ASD percentage amount (equal or greater than) must be uploaded. If not, the Agency will be rejected and action will be initiated on the Agency for further Tenders.
