Tender Notice for Secondary Freight for the transportation of KSDL Products from KSDL C&FA Godowns to requisite destinations in Chennai, Salem, Madurai and Ernakulam for the period of one year in KARNATAKA

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The Successful bidder has to provide the vehicle as per the requirement laid down in the tender notification of KS&DL otherwise, the company will take the following actions: a. Cancel the Work Order. b. The said company will be debarred and will not be allowed to participate in the KS&DL tender for a period of three years. c. Forfeiting the EMD, Security Deposit and in addition to the same invoke the Performance security executed by the bidder. d. Recoveries of additional expenses incurred from the pending bills of the transporter or through legal action for the tenure of the contract period for default by the transporter.

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of e-Procurement portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end.

KS&DL reserves the right to cancel / alter / modify / reject any / all tender without offering any explanation to anyone.
