The bidder/Company should be registered with registrar of companies

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

ISO 9001:2015 Certificate

The intending bidder should have satisfactorily completed (not less than 90% of contract value) as a prime contractor, at least one similar work costing not less than 50% of the amount put to tender i.e. Rs. 3.23 Lakhs during last 5 financial years (i.e., work executed during (i.e. during 2020-21 to 2024-25 shall be considered) will be considered). The work done certificate should be issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concerned Division / Equivalent officer and counter signed by the Superintending Engineer of the same circle / next higher officer. The cost will be updated to the present value by giving a weight age of 10% per annum, if the work is completed prior to the year 2024-25

Note:-One similar work means Preparation of detailed project report comprising layouts, detailed survey and investigations, land development works

The intending bidder should have achieved in at least two financial years an average financial turnover of Rs.12.95 Lakhs during the last 5 financial years reckoned back from 2024-25 duly updating the financial turnover at 10 percent per annum. Audited Profit and Loss account certified by a practising Chartered Accountant along with copy of Income Tax returns filed for the years indicated above should be furnished. The Turnover certificate issued by registered chartered Accountants along with UDIN

Bidder should provide Liquid assets/ availability of credit facilities not less than Rs.2.15Lakhs
