Tender Notice for Supply of Vehicle (A/C Yellow board Vehicle) on monthly hire charges basis for the use of O/o, Executive Engineer,Project Division, Belagavi For One Year (2026-2027) in KARNATAKA

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The bidder to accept all terms and conditions mentioned in LOI and Tender Notification/Documents

Vehicle should be supplied to Office of The Executive Engineer, Project Division, Belagavi

Interested firm / agency are invited to submit the offer for supplying of vehicle for hire on monthly basis

PAN card and bank account should be in the in the bidders name and certified copy is to be submitted. Vehicles should have updated tax paid in the respective RTO and drivers driving license validity should be current

One AC vehicle of make Toyota Innova/Ertiga/ Rumion/Karnes vehicles or similar type of recent Model Yellow Board i.e 2026 and onwards model has to be supplied

Hiring period of the vehicle is approximately Twelve Months form 01.08.2026 to 31.07.2027

The total running of vehicle is 3500 Kms OR 300 hours per Month and accordingly tender rate should be quoted. and per km per hour rate beyond 3500 km or 300 hours should be quoted separately

Hire charges of vehicle will be paid on monthly basis and Payments will be made as per the departmental procedure subjected to availability of grant

Hire charges of vehicle are inclusive of fuel, driver, maintenance, repairs, Toll Charges, Insurance Charges etc

The Driver of the vehicle should posses valid driving License. He should not have any bad habits and should be healthy. He should be punctual and not use mobile during driving and be obedient to officers

If vehicle supplied is under repair, it is the responsibility of the supplier to provide alternate vehicle. Any accident or untowards incidents occurred department or departmental officers are not responsible

It is the sole responsibility of the tenderer to keep all documents updated and in order for which this office is not held responsible in the event of any verifications by the statutory authorities

During the agreement period the vehicle must not be used for any other purposes by vehicle supplier / firm

In the event of any loss or damages, this office or the Government is not responsible

Stipulated income tax TDS and other Taxes as per the law will be deducted as per statutory norms

EMD of the successful bidder will be refunded only after completion of the Agreement and bidder should give 5% security deposit in favour of Executive Engineer, Project Division, Belagavi on account of Bidders
