Tender Notice for Conducting detailed survey for construction of proposed 220kV DC line using AAAC Moose conductor from the existing 220/66/11kV K.R Pete Receiving station to the proposed 220/66/11kV R/s at Mirle and construction of associated 66kV Lines emanating from proposed 220kV Mirle R/s in K.R Nagara Taluk, Mysuru District in KARNATAKA

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

This is One cover tender

The price bids will be considered for evaluation, if and only if, the bidder is responsive to the qualifying requirements stipulated above

The bidder has to conduct detailed surveying strictly as per the Technical specification stipulated in the tender by modern survey techniques and submitting the reports using PLS-CADD software only

If the reports are not submitted as above, the same will be rejected summarily.

Failure to submit the reports as above, the undersigned reserves the right to propose the empanelled bidder, for black listing/suspension of business for an indefinite period, to the empanelling authority.

The bidder should submit copy of the valid empanelment letter issued by the Corporate Office, KPTCL.

The bidder should have achieved in at least two financial years (out of last five years), a minimum financial turnover (in all types of Surveying/Geo-technical investigation/ Consultancy works only) of Rs. 25,38,338/-.(usually not less than two times the estimated value of contract) copies of financial turnover issued by the charted accounts are to be furnished

The bidder should have in the last five years satisfactorily completed at least one Surveying and Geo-technical investigation work for an engineering project of value not less than Rs. 10,15,335/- (usually not less than 80% of the estimated value of contract) carried out in central Government/State government/Semi Government/Public Sector undertakings. Certificate issued by an officer not below rank of Executive Engineer is to be furnished

The Bidder should be an empanelled agency in KPTCL for conducting Surveying and Geo-technical investigation works under below category CLASS-Eligible to participate in Surveying and Geo-technical investigation works for transmission lines of all voltage class. CLASS-II Eligible to participate in Surveying and Geo-technical investigation works for 66KV and 110KV transmission lines only.

All the certificates/Self Declarations/Documents as mentioned in the tender document to be uploaded

The bidders are required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. KPTCL will not be responsible for non-accessibility of e-procurement portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches

The bidders shall submit all the documentary evidences/supports in respect of qualifying requirements and other requirements through electronic mode only and no hard copies will be accepted. Failure to furnish the documentary evidences/supports electronically would result in outright rejection of their offers

Tenders from joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders are instructed to furnish the techno commercial sheet mandatorily
