4) Annexure-II (History of Criminal Cases- on contractor letter head). as per tender document.

5) Annexure-III (Affidavit on non judicial stamp paper worth Rs.100/-) as per tender document.

6) Annexure-IV (Statement Showing The Works On Hand - on non judicial stamp paper) as per tender document

7) Annexure-V (Details of Technical Personnel along with Qualification Certificates - On Contractor Letter Head). (Provisional Certificates shall not be considered for evaluation).

8) GST Registration Certificate

9) PAN Card

10) Audited Financial Statements and Audit Reports certified by a CA for last ?10? years.( 2016-17 to 2025-26) and IT Returns filed for last Ten Years with UDIN Number

Latest GST Clearance Certificate/GST Returns (not earlier than December? 2025).

12) The tenderer should upload Additional Security Deposit (ASD) if Quoted more than (-) 25 % Less, In the form of DD and purchases of the DD should be in the Name of Contractor/Agency/Proprietor (Not earlier than Tender Notification Date).
